Software that does one job well.
DataForge Tools builds focused desktop software for people who work with data — no bloat, no cloud upload, no recurring bill.
Most tools for cleaning up a spreadsheet either live in your browser — which means uploading a file you might not be allowed to upload — or come bundled into something much bigger, with a subscription attached. DataForge Tools exists to build the alternative: small, sharp, local applications that do one job and get out of the way.
The first product is CSV Studio, a Windows desktop app for cleaning, validating, transforming, and converting CSV and TSV files. It runs entirely on your machine. It's one download — free to start, with a one-time £29 Pro upgrade through Paddle that unlocks the full toolkit with a license key — no account, no login, no subscription.
The second is Magpie, a keyboard-driven clipboard manager that captures everything you copy and gives it back through an overlay you summon with one hotkey. It's free to use, stores your history locally, and a one-time Pro tier is planned for the power-user features.
More tools will follow under the same model: a focused local utility, built for people who work with data daily, sold once and owned forever.
Local-first
Your files never leave your computer. No uploads, no cloud processing.
Own it forever
