Already bought CSV Studio Pro but the email never arrived, or you've misplaced it? Get it re-sent to the same address.

Enter the email you paid with and the transaction ID from your receipt. If they match a completed purchase, we'll email your license key and activation link again.

Starts with "txn_" — see where to find it on the right.
If that email and transaction ID match a completed purchase, we've re-sent the license email. Give it a few minutes and check spam.

Where to find these

Both come from Paddle, who handles checkout for every CSV Studio Pro purchase.

  • Your Paddle receipt email

    Subject line like "Your receipt from DataForge Tools" — the transaction ID is printed on it, e.g. txn_01h8x....

  • Your bank or card statement

    The charge appears as "PADDLE.NET" or "Paddle.com" — it won't have the transaction ID, but confirms the purchase and date.

  • Already have the key itself?

    Skip this form — paste it directly into Settings → License inside CSV Studio.
